this is more than confusing .... I understand that home owners in Chadwick Beach have been able to re enter; however, no where have I seen this permission on the toms river township site ... I have a home in Chadwick Beach. Any suggestions?

I have also been told people went into Chadwick .I know for myself I am on a Facebook page for ortley beach,talking to others in my area.Most,including myself were confused by the information on returing to ortley. I thought it would be good to get the word out thru TomsRiverPatch.the info has since be re written. I believe it's because we have all been making our concerns known. Get your voice out there. See if there is a Facebook for Chadwick Beach. Good luck to you and god bless.

TomsRiver doesn't have a clue as to how to treat Ortley homeowners right nor do they care. If they had cared they would have spent all our beach badge money on building the dunes instead of placing it in the " GENERAL FUND " AND SPENDING IT ON THE MAINLAND . Just look at what towns around us have done. Don't give me that crap that " SANDY" hit only us the hardest and all the damage was from the southern end of Lavallette to the 37 bridge !!

I guess what they are saying in from 35 S towards the ocean 1st the the 2nd phase would be 35S to the bay ? does that make sense

I was a yearly renter. I had no renters insurance . I wish I new more.
