Police released video of alleged burglary

Toms River Police announced today that the Abundant Grace Church, Route 571, was robbed Oct. 29 of its cash register by a burglar caught on surveillance cameras.

Toms River Police Chief Michael Mastronardy said the surveillance video shows a man entering the church and removing the church's cash register. How much cash was in the register was not released.

The man is described as a white male, with a goatee, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, black pants and gloves. The register is a Casio brand.

Police are encouraging anyone with information to call police headquarters and have released a video of the burglary in hopes of furthering the investigation.

The 18-second video focuses on an office area in the church, with a man with short hair pulling off his hood and stepping around the room.

Investigating are Toms River Police Officer Frank Moschella, Josh Pedalino and Detective Marc Bajada.  Anyone with information can contact Detective Mark Bajada at 732-349-0150 ext. 1241

Steve, you sound like a delusional, deranged psycho in some narcotic induced craze. You're not even making sense.

Find something else to do besides sit on patch.com and spew hatred and nonsense.

I hope you're not allowed to drive. Whatever you're on clearly inhibits your ability to think and reason.

How about some hints to the robbers identity now that we all can see his face. Stick to the point all.

so sorry to hear of this. abundant grace is a struggling church trying to do all the good they can. i have been there for a sunday service and everyone was very warm and friendly. how horrid a person must you be to rob those who are helping others. i will pray for this low life anyway!
