Recently indicted by a grand jury sitting in Ocean County:

• Joseph R. Robinson of South Windsor, Conn., and Mark L. Alberto of Ortley Beach, on second degree charges of possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon, a .40 caliber handgun, and tampering with physical evidence, on May 26, 2011, in Lavallette. Robinson posted $100,000 bail, no 10 percent option, on Oct. 6. Alberto is being held in Connecticut state prison on $100,000 bail.

• Frank Cuchie of Toms River, on possession of a controlled dangerous substance, oxycodone, on Dec. 22 in Toms River.

• Toi Peebles of Westampton, on possession of a controlled dangerous substance, cocaine, and possession with intent to distribute, on Jan. 5 in Toms River.
