The residence is one of two dwellings on the property, which is across from the Music Man in Lavallette near Ortley Beach border.
Ages for neither Reale nor Mastropietro were available, but property records from the Ocean County Clerk’s office show Reale, who has a home in Monroe, N.Y., purchased the condominium in April. Internet records referencing the address report he is 50 years old. Deed information from the records lists it as a second home.
