The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office is investigating the cause of a fire on the Boulevard in Seaside Heights this morning.
"Investigators are trying to determine the cause," said Michel A. Paulhus, Executive Assistant Prosecutor, in an email. "We may have more information tomorrow."
The fire, which occurred at 308 Boulevard at the Merge Nightclub, was located on the second floor and in the attic area, according to the Breaking News Network.
The Ocean County prosecutor's office, sheriff's office and county fire marshal are on site for the investigation, according to the BNN.
The nightclub closed this past Labor Day weekend, according to its facebook page.
No further information was available.
