Most of snug harbor is under water. Helicopter rescues & boat rescues underway.

Just went out on 37 by Mule Rd..all stores closed..wawa closesd.gas stations banks closed..all traffic lights.out..so you cant turn anywhere..all turns barracaded due to no traffic light..no electric..stay home...

How is Indian Hill Rd between Bay ave and Cedar Grove? I am not there and can not get a hold of my neighbors.

Holiday city is fine for the most part maybe no power but no substantial damage. For those with loved ones.

For those of you who have folks in Holiday City they are most likely ok. I talked to my parents via cell phone; they live on Purnell Street in Holiday City. They are not under water, but they did hear that it would be 7-10 days until power comes on. I am encouraging them to come south and visit me.

Does anyone how Beech and Walnut Streets in Toms River are? My uncles and aunts live there, and I'm kinda worried about them.

I have tears in my eyes looking at this devasation. Beautiful Toms River, Seaside and the surrounding areas and most importantly the wonderful people I have known my whole life who now have to put back together their homes and worlds. As I have said before, it is now more than ever that I wish I was there to help. This is unspeakable.

Has Green Acres Manor (Nursing Home) located at 1931 Lakewood Rd, Toms River, 08755, been evacuated or flooded? Please respond if anyone is familiar with the current situation there. Thank you in advance for your help!

I was finally able to get a status of the South Shore Dr neighborhood. Water has receeded, clean up has begun. Most vehicles in the neighborhood were underwater but a few neighbors have vehicles and are helping each other out. Most houses lost the first floor. One random cul-de-sac has power but none of the others do. Its advised that anything removed from a house be kept on property till an insurance adjuster can see it. All in all it sounds like property loss only but will be a few days before power will be restored. Hope that helps anyone needing info on that area.
