Police Looking For Hit-Run Driver Who Severely Injured Chaveirim Member

Chaveirim has announced the reward of $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of the driver

Police were handing out fliers to motorists on Somerset Avenue in Lakewood this past week as police continue the search for the hit-and-run driver which left a Chaveirim member severely injured on that road.

On Friday, flanked by the police chief, Lakewood Officials, the traffic and safety Officer and PBA president and members, Chaveirim announced the reward of $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of the driver who left one of their own severely injured Saturday night, according to The Lakewood Scoop.

Addressing the media were Police Liaison Committeeman Meir Lichtenstien, Police Chief Rob Lawson, Traffic and Safety Sergeant Frank Work, Chaveirim member Naftoli Eisen and Mayor Albert Akerman, according to the online site.
