If you are 62 or older, or in the military, the two beaches are free. Those 62 and older will get a beach ID badge.  Beach access for active military members is free upon presentation of a valid military ID card.

If you want to pick up a seasonal pool badge for the Toms River's pool in Snug Harbor, those badges also went on sale April 2. You can buy them at the Recreation Administration Building, at the pool.

Seasonal pool prices:

  • Resident adult- $100.00
  • Resident senior or child- $50.00
  • Non-resident adult- $200.00
  • Non-resident senior or child- $100.00

I hit the 'print' feature above to print this article so I would have the prices and time frames, etc.....but the article itself won't print? Then tried printing it another way. Is it me? This has been happening to me a lot lately with Patch articles? What is wrong?
