Report: 'Housewives' Couple Owes Three Times More Than List Price of Toms River Home
Gorgas also listed Montville home for $3.8 million in May.
Joe and Melissa Gorga, stars of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" and Montville residents, may not get such a great deal on their home in Toms River that went on the market last week for $520,000.
According to the Daily Mail, the Gorgas allegedly took out several loans to pay for the Toms River home and will still owe approximately $1.5 million once it is sold. The Daily Mail reported that the Gorgas purchased the home for $450,000 in 2005 but refinanced for a $2.25 million mortgage.
Melissa Gorga is a Toms River native, but the couple's year-round home is in Montville.

Last month, the Gorgas also put their Montville mansion on the market for $3.8 million. This is the second time the Gorgas have tried to sell that property since 2010.

I think whoever wrote this article mixed up the facts - they probably refinanced Montville for 2.5 not the Toms River House. No bank would do it!
