what the hell is the township and the govt. waitting for to correct the flooding problem letting all the people suffer again and again who had been flooded before.

Obviously, they aren't doing a darn thing. We need some bright minds, with the ability to understand the problems, and then know how to address the problems. Nothing will ever get better until the right people are on the job.
People must unite and demand action, not just words. We need brighter people on the job!
