Toms River Man Indicted on Multiple Charges, Burglary, Forgery
27 year-old faces two separate indictments

The first indictment charges Keller with three counts of forgery; he is accused of presenting three checks drawn on the account of James Ventimiglia -- for $250, $200 and $400 -- to two banks in Toms River on Sept. 17 and Sept. 19. He was released on a summons on those charges at the time of his arrest.

The indictment charges Keller broke into Alpha Medical Services in January and stole prescription blanks, then forged prescriptions for oxycodone that he then presented at two different pharmacies in an attempt to obtain the drug.
