An anesthesiologist? Isnt this the dr. who advertises his pain center on the patch and all the local papers? Where's the rest of the list? Smells fishy.

If you click on the link "New Jersey's Top Doctors" above, you can view the full list, but names are submitted by other doctors. New Jersey Magazine does this all of the time.

Dr Tony Chu from Shore Heart Group most certainly should be on that list; he's awesome~ one of the top doctors in his field & unlike most doctors today, he SPENDS TIME with his patients & he is genuinely concerned about them!

I agree, Dr Chu is wonderful. He took very good care of my Dad, even saved his life! Again, Thank You Doctor!

Reminds me of "Who's Who in America"..didn't you have to pay into it to be on the list.

A great doctor doesn't need a state magazine to validate them as a "top" doctor. I know it can be a personal bias. My doctor has been one of he top doctors in her field in the US and is the director of the oncology/hematology "department" at Beth Israel Medical Center. Her dad was a pioneer with oncology, still in practice too. And the entire wing of that "department" is named after him. Neither of those doctors are on the list.

Geez, five out of nine comments are negative comments. If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all, UNLESS it is valid, which the five above are NOT.
