It's not a trampoline. It's the cover for the inground pool.

Look at the other picture. There is a trampoline. Although, I don't see what that will have to do with their insurance coverage due to a fire.

Craig your an ass look at both photos in the corner of the yard is a trampoline!! As far a the trampoline 9 out 10 insurance companies will cancel your homeowners policy if they find out you have a trampoline. They see as to much liability. You have no claim if someone else's child gets hurt

Insurance companies will not cancel you if you have a trampoline. Nor will it have any impact on their claim for fire related damage.

They will give the Homeowner grief when they come out to inspect fire damage. I never said trampoline would have any impact on their fire damage claim

They can give all the grief they want. They still have to cover the fire damage,

Yes they'll cover the fire damage, and tell them to get rid of the trampoline ASAP, or risk cancellation.

One of the many questions I was asked why I got my homeowners insurances...In 15 years I've had several....Do you have a trampoline? I asked why, does it matter? and they said absolutly. We will not write you if you have a trampoline. This was Allstate, State Farm, Farmers and Cambridge.
If I was the homeowner I'd make that trampolice vanish ASAP. As soon as the adjuster sees it, they will hear something they do not want to hear.

FYI....I had a house fire....also had a trampoline, no issues about the trampoline, when insurance came and looked at the house.... A fire is a traumatic experience....

Ok, fine, a trampoline might get them cancelled but why even mention it in an article like this. Do you really think this family needs to think they will be cancelled for having a trampoline? AV, you did did say they will have problems in your first post. This is a fire claim not a personal injury claim. Who cares about the trampoline? You people really need to get a life other then sitting here and determining what people will be covered for in a fire. The trampoline comment was just stupid.

Yes, you are stupid. Having a trampoline has nothing to do with having a house fire. Making that statement is asinine. The insurance company can not say anything about it in regards to the fire damage. Can they threaten the home owner with cancellation after the fact? Sure, but it won't change the fire claim.
A Citizen

@I have spoken, I never said you were wrong. Trampolines are not illegal. The insurance company can deny a claim if it is file due to a trampoline injury. My point is AV stated in his first comment that the home owner would have problems because they have a trampoline. This is not true. Regardless of a trampoline or any kind of dog it does not change the fact that the damage was caused by a fire.

No, you said they will have problems. Maybe you should learn how to word your comments. This insinuated they will have problems placing a claim due to the fire damage. Seems like you are the ass!
