whats the deal with the high water level? 3 times since the storm toms river bays have flooded streets garages, etc. Does it take a while for hurricane conditions to go away and the water level go back to normal...or are we in a new era where every rainstorm causes 4ft sheetrock cuts like we all have in our houses now?
