1. Boy Scout Troop 30 will host a holiday toy drive on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Pleasant Plains Volunteer Fire Department, 40 Clayton Ave. The unwrapped toys collected will benefit the first responders in Ocean County who suffered losses during Hurricane Sandy. 

2. The 13th annual Breakfast with Buster holiday food and toy drive will be held at FirstEnergy Park in Lakewood from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Admission to the BlueClaws event is an unwrapped toy and non-perishable food item. Call 732-901-7000 for more information. 

3. The Broadway Tonite program presented at the Ocean County College Arts and Community Center begins at 8 p.m. Saturday. The musical revue is co-sponsored by the Ocean County Cultural and Heritage Commission and features performers from Broadway and national tours. Call 732-255-0500 for tickets. 

4. The Robert J. Novins Planetarium has programs scheduled for Saturday and Sunday. More information, including times and pricing, is available online. 

5. Santa will visit the Morning Star Presbyterian Church in Bayville from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday. Pictures with Santa will be available for purchase. Call 732-606-9700 for more information.
