The Center for Healthy Living at Kimball Medical Center is offering a support group for those suffering from the loss of a loved one. The bereavement support group is facilitated by a licensed social worker who offers support and education about the grieving process.

Participants learn what to expect during times of grief, the stages of the grieving process, and how to deal with their own expectations, as well as the expectations of others.

The free, ongoing support group meets every Tuesday from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. at The Center for Healthy Living at 198 Prospect St. in Lakewood. For more information, call Kathleen Holahan, MSW, LCSW, at 732-730-9112.
