why do kids walk around with their pants below their bottoms and their underwear showing ?

Perhaps it was a fad started by Joe Boxer, Hanes, or Fruit of the Loom to get free advertising? Or is it the "I'm a jailbird thug" look and the "I have to wear hand-me-down pants because I'm poor & I can't afford to buy a pair that fits" look! I'll let you the readers decide the answer! While it's perfectly normal for all generations to have their clothing fads, I find this one to be really dumb as most normal guys would find it very annoying to have to be pulling one's pants up every few minutes while walking around.

Smells like a combination of dirt, boiled cabbage, cigars, and body odor. On top of that, the tables are warped. There are too many people selling junk make in China, and shoppers running into you ankles with their baby strollers...
...Which is another thing. Who wheels a baby stroller around a dirt/mud field. You can't carry your kid or stick him in a papoose?

There has been a rumor for years that this flea market was developed by a Lakewood Township official without the required zoning, construction, engineering, or environmental permits.

Seriously BN? Guessing you don't have kids! I don't go to flea markets, but if I did with 1 ye old twins and a 3 yr old......yah, stroller needed!
