This class is for all levels. While lying down in Savasana, you will be guided into successively deeper levels of relaxation. This practice allows you to not only let go of physical tensions, but mental and emotional tensions that drain us of our vital energy. You will be brought to a deep state of peace that becomes stronger each time the practice is performed.
