The consumer campaign developed to raise awareness of the Jersey Shore’s recovery from Superstorm Sandy presents Kites and Castles there from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., according to organizers.

Family-friendly activities at the event include sandcastle building, kite activities with an experienced flyer, beach games and a sand sculpture produced by a world-class sculptor, organizers said.
