Heroin Facts Tonight!

Concerned about the heroin issue that is occurring in Ocean County? Come this Thursday evening, December 5th at 6:30 pm, to the Toms River Branch of the Ocean County Library to hear Lt. J. Pangaro present about the effects of heroin abuse on oneself and the community.  This presentation will focus on the effects of heroin on the body, how to tell if someone is using and what the legal ramifications are if you or someone you love is caught using or dealing this substance.
The program is FREE and open to the public. Teens ages 12 & up are encouraged to attend along with interested adults, parents, educators, and clergy & youth workers.  CEUs (Continuing Education Unit) certificates are free and available for attendees.  Parking is FREE after 6 pm on street and in the garage behind the library.
