Tis the Season for Some True Christmas Magic

Christmas is in the air! Can you feel it? Can you hear it? You can at Monsignor Donovan High School as we prepare for our fall production of “A Christmas Carol”. The Performing Arts Department and DARTS, its parent organization will be hosting two fabulous holiday events.  On Saturday, November 23, 2013 from 9:30 – 11:30 am the Monsignor Donovan campus will be alive with the feeling of Christmas.  Children of all ages along with parents and grandparents are invited to “A Christmas Magic Morning”. For $12.00 per person (children under 2 free) guests will enjoy a holiday breakfast, photo with Santa, tour of the stage, and visit with the characters. A festive horse carriage ride straight from Currier and Ives will complete the day.

            On December 6th, 7th, and 8th the performing arts students present their fall production of “A Christmas Carol”, bringing to life Charles Dickens famous literary work. The curtain goes up on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 PM and again on Sunday at 2:00 PM. Adult tickets for “A Christmas Carol” are $12.00, students and seniors $10.00.

            Tickets for A Christmas Magic Morning and the performances of “A Christmas Carol” may be purchased by calling the box office at the school 732-349-8801 (ext. 2403).
