Small Reminder of 9/11 in the Drive-Thru Window

With 10 years since September 11, the reminders as an anniversary approaches will manifest in many ways. Some big, some small, some unique, some even mass produced. How will everyone — you, me and big corporations — choose how to remember that day in history?

Even the local McDonalds will remember. And that’s what is beginning to happen, as the Bachelor and Route 37 location of the fast food restaurant recently applied this sticker to the drive-through window. As patrons exchange money for Happy Meals and chicken sandwiches, the decal is there as a reminder that perhaps the 10-year anniversary is everywhere. A reminder, as it says, that we are “Forever changed. Forever connected.”
