A weekend full of food, wine and fun at the Saint Barbara Greek Orthodox Church

The Greek Festival, hosted by the Saint Barbara Greek Orthodox Church, is a yearly event that celebrates the Orthodox religion and brings the community together for a weekend.

The festiva, which ran from Sept. 23-25, featured food, wine, vendors and traditional Greek dancing -- just some of the things you could enjoy during the festival.

There were rides for kids, a picnic area to sit down and enjoy a meal, and 92.7 WOBM held a live feed from the festival Saturday afternoon.

"This is our big event every year. It's a great way to bring the community together. We always have a lot of fun," Saint Barbara Pastor Paul Pappas said.
