Weekend Nightlife Round Up Sept 16-18

Head out to your favorite spot this weekend and enjoy all the extra space at the bar!

Hemingway’s Cafe,612 Blvd, Seaside Heights-Hemingway’s is a covering-all-the-bases type of place, offering a bustling dinner scene, nightly entertainment, and a relaxing location near the beach. Hemingway’s will now be open Thursday through Sunday  from 4p.m. to 3a.m., except Sundays when the bar will open at noon.

  • Thursday: Beat the Clock & Wine Down Thursday featuring half priced bottles and glasses of wine during dinner service. Beat the Clock starts at 8p.m. No cover. Music by DJ Encore.
  • Friday: Ladies Night starting at 8p.m. with half priced drinks for ladies and half priced appetizers. $2.00 Coors Light bottles and $3.00 bomb shots for everyone.  DJ Milky Mike will be spinning. No cover for ladies.
  • Saturday: The Hottest Dance Party Down the Shore with music by DJs Billy the Kid and DJ Teo. No cover before 11p.m.
  • Sunday: NFL Experience featuring a meet and greet with NY Giants and Super Bowl champion Rodney Hampton. $10.00 beer towers, Super Bowl ticket drawings, and weekly sports trivia starting at 7p.m. with free prizes.

Jenk’s Club, 300 Ocean Ave, Point Pleasant Beach-The premiere nightclub at the Jersey Shore, Jenk’s has top notch live entertainment, can’t-beat drink specials, and high energy dance parties.

  • Friday: “Free For All Fridays” with $2.00 Coors Lights all night, $1.00 bar drinks from 9-11p.m. and music with DJ Prime. No cover.
  • Saturday: Customer Appreciate Party (with invite only). Open bar from 8 to 10p.m. and free food. Print invite from Jenk’s official site: www.jenksclub.com.

Beachcomber, 100 Ocean Terrace, Seaside Heights-A popular spot among the late night partiers, Beachcomber has nightly drink specials and the best cover bands on the shore.

  • Friday: Live music with Shorty Long at 10p.m.
  • Saturday: Trippin Carla performs at 10p.m.
  • Sunday: Frankie and The Burn at 4p.m

Martell’s Tiki Bar, Boardwalk, Point Pleasant Beach- Martell’s is the epitome of a beach bar--with their tiki huts, island music, and Caribbean inspired drinks. You can find local entertainment here nightly in the summer, and on the weekends in the off-season.

  • Friday: Live music with Star 69 at 9p.m.
  • Saturday: Dr. Cheeko at 1p.m. Dr. Bonanno and the Godsons at 9p.m.
  • Sunday: Dr. Cheeko at 12:30p.m.

Brickhouse, 979 Cedarbridge Ave, Brick- Brickhouse Bar & Grille offers a full menu and a full bar selection. A great spot to hit up for happy hour or a Saturday night out.
