"All My Sons" at Ocean County College

Inspired by a true story, Arthur Miller’s All My Sons is a searing drama about an ordinary man – Joe Keller – a decent, hard-working, and charitable man, someone who appears to be living the American dream.  But as the play unfolds, the façade crumbles.  Join the Ocean County College Theatre Company when it performs All My Sons at the Arts & Community Center Black Box Theatre, OCC Main Campus, Toms River, NJ.  Tickets are on sale now.  Note: Limited seating is available in the Black Box Theatre.

This 1947 play made Miller famous for his intriguing tale of a self-deluding, guilt-crippled American family.  A condemnation of capitalist greed and lack of moral responsibility, All My Sons focuses on a businessman whose factory was responsible for sending defective airplane parts overseas during WWII.  Twenty-one men died.  Who should pay the penalty – Joe or his partner?  Who’s guilty…and who’s innocent?  Seething with possessive love, intrigue, betrayal, denial, and a climactic night of reckoning, a family is torn apart as the truth is slowly revealed.

A Special Preview Performance will be given on Thursday, March 22 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets: $10, all seats on Special Preview Night only!
