Poet Alicia Suskin at OCC

April is National Poetry Month and Ocean County College is celebrating!  The OCC Department of English and Literature will sponsor a number of events on the OCC Main Campus, College Drive, Toms River.  Admission is free and open to the public.

On Tuesday, April 10 at 11:00 a.m., poet / critic / activist Alicia Suskin Ostriker will read from her works.  Ostriker’s poetry and criticism focuses mainly on Jewish identity, personal growth, and social justice.  Location: Black Box Theatre, Room B100, Arts & Community Center.
