Hours after The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said its detectives and Lakewood police officers were searching for a vehicle "wanted in connection to an ongoing investigation," they made an arrest, and the person in custody is being questioned in connection with a homicide in Lakewood.
According to the Lakewood Scoop, the car - located in Howell Township - belongs to a 61-year-old Lakewood woman found dead in her home this morning. The Prosecutor's Office described the death as suspicious.
