Free Advance Medical Directive

Diana L. Anderson and Annemarie Schreiber of Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, L.L.C. in Toms River are offering New Jersey residents a free Advance Medical Directive for the Month of October in honor of National Special Needs Law Month.  An Advance Medical Directive (also know as a Living Will) can preserve your health care decisions if you become disabled. 

If you are interested in preparing an Advance Medical Directive for yourself or a family member, contact our office today at 732-797-1600 to schedule an appointment. You will be provided with the assistance and service at no charge.
