At 11:30 a.m., Marlene Lynch-Ford, Ocean County Prosecutor, will share her experiences as a prosecutor and judge, especially those with defendants who commit crimes that pertain to women.  Ms. Lynch-Ford has served as Ocean County Prosecutor since 2007.  As a New Jersey Assembly woman, she helped pass laws including the Domestic Violence Prevention Act of 1990 and the Victims Rights amendment to the New Jersey Constitution, among others.  In addition, she served on the New Jersey Superior Court for 15 years, including time as Presiding Judge of the Family Division.
