New Tenants for Ocean County Mall

El Chico's coming, Cinnabon is back, and Francesca's Collections is here

The Ocean County Mall in Toms River will soon get an next to Benihana.

But the Mexican cantina isn’t the only new tenant to call the Hooper Avenue mall its home.

Francesca’s Collections opened last month in Ocean County Mall, near the center court. The chain has locations in 38 states, and sells women’s clothing, accessories and gifts. This location opened April 9.

Cinnabon — it’s called the Ocean County Mall its home before. Now it’s back, near the center court mall entrance. The chain was absent from the mall’s roster throughout the past decade, but is bringing its baked goods and specialty beverages back to the Toms River location.

El Chico is new construction for the mall, expanding the corridor that ends with and .

The restaurant will come in at more than 5,000 square feet and will be the first location of El Chico in not just New Jersey but the entire northeast, according to the company.
