LAKEHURST ROAD BUSINESS PEOPLE

The Toms River Board of Adjustment is considering a variance to put a building the size of a hotel in the RESIDENTIALLY zoned area between Seaton and Smith Roads, west of Community Meidical Center.  Lakehurst Road is not yet built out and folks are starting to avoid the area because of the traffic congestion.  This 124-room rehab facility is seeking to add to that by asking approval to building is a RESIDENTIALLY zoned area.  Please add your voice to ours at the special meeting:  Thursday, March 20, Toms River Townhall, 33 Washington St., Toms River.  You can park on any level of the town garage off East Water St. at that time of night.
