This seminar will offer information on the following: the filing process (Case Information Statement and proofs), what to expect during the court appearance before a hearing officer or judge, enforcement and modification of orders, custody/parenting time (visitation), child support guidelines/determining alimony, and emancipation of children.

This seminar is presented by the Ocean Vicinage Legal Research and Information Center in coordination with Ocean-Monmouth Legal Services.
