Disaster Recovery Seminar

Since Hurricane Sandy struck the Northeast coastline, over 400 homes have been destroyed in Union Beach and thousands along the Jersey Shore, leaving many homeowners displaced and sparking a battle between insurance companies and homeowners over policy claims. C. Glen Ged founding partner , whom home was also destroyed will be presenting at the seminar. “ C. Glen Ged states “ This personal for me as I am a New Jersey native. I want to see the Jersey Shore built but the people need their insurance money to rebuild and not insurance games to restore the shore. Many people do not know that they have only one year after Hurricane Sandy to file their claims and go after their insurance company. People must ACT NOW if they want justice after Sandy.”

The law firm of Ellis, Ged & Bodden, which has nearly two decades of experience helping clients recover underpaid or wrongly denied insurance claims, will help educate Union Beach residents. Ellis, Ged & Bodden’s Hurricane Sandy Lawyers will be on hand at Jakeabob’s offering FREE mini-consults to Union Beach residents on:

The seminar will be held at 6:30 p.m. on July 16 at Jakeabob’s 910 Union Ave, in Union Beach, NJ. It is just the latest educational workshop offered by Ellis, Ged & Bodden, P.A., which has spent the past several months crisscrossing New Jersey and New York to make sure homeowners and business people know their rights and how to protect them after Sandy’s devastation.

With nearly 20 years of experience in defending policyholder rights on many fronts, it employs a wide range of resources in helping clients recover underpaid or wrongfully denied or delayed insurance claims. Now Ellis, Ged & Bodden is doing that from three offices in New Jersey: at 1101 Richmond Ave., Suite 201, in Point Pleasant Beach, 97 Lackawanna Ave., Suite 301, in Totowa, and 201 Sumner Ave,  in Seaside Heights, NJ. There, the firm is helping residents with insurance claim litigation, coverage disputes, bad faith issues, business interruption claims and mortgage forbearance. Consultations are free, and clients bear no upfront costs.
