The Soroptimist of the Toms River Area will be hosting a reception for the latest inductees to the Ocean County Women’s Hall of Fame on November 29, 2012 at 6 pm at the Clarion Hotel & Conference Center, Rt. 37 W, Toms River. Environmentalist Sheila McVeigh, businesswoman Kim Ratto and public health activist Leslie Terjesen are the 2012 honorees; the Ocean County Women’s Hall of Fame is located in the Arts & Community building on the campus of Ocean County College which co-sponsors the Women’s Hall of Fame with Soroptimist of Toms River.
