The Presbyterian Church of Toms River is excited to host the 15th Annual Ecumenical Handbell Festival.  Handbell choirs from 5 area churches join together to ring under the direction of guest conductor Linda Simms.  No tickets required.  Call 732-349-1331 for more information.  Doors open at 5:45.
