Oceanaires Support "Walk to End Alzheimers"

The Oceanaires Barbershop Chorus from Toms River, NJ will be part of the entertainment during the annual Southern Regional New Jersey "Walk to End Alzheimer's" on Saturday, September 28, 2013.  As soon as the walker participants start coming through the finish line, the award-winning chorus from Toms River will greet the walkers and their cheering fans with a lively 30 minute performance from the out-door stage being used for this event.  Barry Burke, Chorus President, in anticipation of the chorus' performance said: "Most of our thirty-five singers live in Ocean County so we are definitely pleased to donate our time and talent to help such a worthwhile endeavor in the vicinity of where we all live.  This is a special event and the walkers are so cheerful to be part of this fund raising endeavor."  Registration for the walk begins at 9:00am, at the corner of Arnold and Baltimore Avenues in Point Pleasant Beach, and the three mile walk begins at 10:00am.  Stop by and take a stroll for a good cause.
