MEDICAL BUILDERS TRY TO TAKE OVER RESIDENTIALLY ZONED NEIGHBORHOODS

Attend this meeting to show your support to stop medical buildings being built on  RESIDENTIALLY ZONED property west of the Community Medical Hospital off  Lakehurst Road in Toms River.  THE AREA AROUND YOUR HOME COULD BE NEXT.  Not only are they asking for a variance to do this, the building is a whopping 3-stories high, as large at the Clarion Hotel, 124 parking spaces AND IT HAS NO ENTRANCE ON ROUTE 37 adding even more traffic to Lakehurst Road and driving locals onto the area side streets to avoid the congestion.  It also will increase traffic from the senior villages to the west and south who already use our local streets to avoid Route 37 traffic.  Take a stand now.  Just attend the meeting and if you get a chance, just say you oppose this gross invasion on our quality of life.  Call 732-341-1000, ext. 8370 for details about the meeting.
