"The Vegan Cheat Sheet" and Food, Glorious Food

Book Signing and Art Show

      Lisa McComsey, co-author of the  new book, "The Vegan Cheat Sheet",  will be on hand on Friday, August 2 from 6 to 9 pm to sell and sign her book at the Virginia Perle Art Gallery at 96 E. Water St., Toms River.  The book presents recipes and tips for living the vegan life style in an upbeat and easy style.  At the same time artists from our area will exhibit works dealing with a subject close to everyone's heart--food.  Food, Glorious Food will also continue on at the gallery until Sept. 7.  
      Vegan food and refreshments will be served.  All are welcome to come to meet the author and enjoy our new show.
