First financial deposited a check they previoiusly told me was invalid, causing me an overdraft fee. Their customer service was terrible and they refused to correct their error and reverse the fee.

They also recalled a valid payment made to a credit card the day after it was posted, and charged me an overdraft fee based on a 'hold' they put on my available funds the next day, even though my account never went below 0.

Stay away!!!
