The Toms River Celtic Festival is sponsoring a blood drive to honor Frank J Johnson III, 23, of Toms River NJ. He was in a serious motorcycle accident on June 18 and is on a long road to recovery. Frank has dedicated time to the Toms River Fire Department and to helping others.
Anyone donating blood will have free admission to the Toms River Celtic Festival which features 8 bagpipe bands, vendors, entertainment, and Highlands heavy-athletic competitions.
