Ocean County Women's Connection Chef de Cuisine Breakfast

Ocean County Women's Connection will host a "Chef de Cuisine" Breakfast on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at  the Holiday Inn of Toms River starting promptly at 10:00 AM.  Excecutive Chef Michael Liquori of the Holiday Inn will demonstrate how to prepare Risotto three different ways as he passes on his superior knowledge of culinary tricks for the at-home chefs.   Chef Michael has been the Executive Chef at the Holiday Inn for over nine years and has had various recipes published in a Professional Chef Magazine. One of his personal favorite recipe's is his White Chocolate and Raspberry Croissant Bread Pudding.

Our speaker, Pat Preston comes to us from nearby Atlantic County, right here in New Jersey.  Pat will tell us about meeting and marrying her “high school sweetheart”, and will give us fair warning on spouting the words "never say never".
