Mother of one was working toward Master's degree

Nicole K. LaVecchia, 30, of Toms River, died on Sunday, March 11 in a on Hooper Avenue. Born in Edison, NJ, she lived most of her life in Toms River.

Nicole worked in Sales at Kyocera Inc., in Cranbury, NJ. She was going to get her Master's degree from Georgian Court University, Lakewood. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Toms River.


She is predeceased by her father Richard LaVecchia. Surviving is her loving son Cole Michael LaVecchia-Cooper. Her mother Julie LaVecchia of Toms River. Her brother Vincent LaVecchia of Toms River. Many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Also surviving is Cole's father Brian Cooper and the entire Cooper family.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, March 15 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 995 Fischer Blvd., Toms River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday, March 16 9:30 a.m. at Toms River.

Burial will follow to St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family, C/O Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 995 Fischer Blvd. Toms River, NJ 08753.
