2013 Toms's River Halloween Parade

Dear Readers.
The Fire Company and the Town are not answering my questions. WHY ARE THEY changing the date of the Halloween Parade? WHO authorized it? This change is messing up the events of hundreds of other organizations around town. I already know of six VET organizations not going to march. I call for a botcott on Saturday. NO ONE should change tradition. We the people shuold NOT let them do it!
