Election season is over, so don't expect municipal services for all your tax dollars! Will Public Works put sand or salt on icy roads so that they'll melt while it's warm and before the single-digit temps next week? No, of course not. TR adopted the Chris Christie way of solving problems: "Get the hell off the roads!"

Didn't even plow the 2 streets that the front and back of my house are on. Did the streets with snowblowers ourselves.

This is ONE of the worse plow jobs in years, and NO sand or salt on the roads. What gives MR Mayor and Town council , you gave up salt and sand to save benefits for council members ??? Outside contractors ARE NOT dedicated DPW it seems that did this for years, and did a good job by the way ! Better rethink some part of this, maybe they can do SOME of the work , if not all of it !

"But my nephew and his truck will do a half-decent job for only $100 an hour..." said the Council member who didn't want to be identified.

Wasn't there a story recently about how they were going to plow the "500" county roads FIRST? Pretty shoddy job by the union thugs.

The county freeloaders are responsible for the county roads, Fischer and Hooper, not TR. The TR mayor and council cleaned up municipal streets by simply waiting for Mother Nature to melt the ice and snow, days later, because the politically connected private plow guys did a lousy job.

Went out Saturday morning at 9am and Fischer and Hooper were still snow covered and a slippery mess. How could those roads not have been plowed? Absolutely disgusting!

Yes, we really could use that 2 times a week garbage removal especially during the summer. Don't forget, we also used to have recycle pickup every week.
