House-Shaking going on

I'm hearing house-shaking explosions in Holiday City-Berkeley. My father says they are military drills at Fort Dix. I've read that, here on the Patch, but those were back in 2012. Are they still exploding things today, March 14th? I'm hearing these noises since 4:00 pm and as late as 8:10 pm.
