Impeach Christie?

New Jersey is facing close to a Billion dollar budget deficit but we have a Governor who now treats his responsibilities to his duties as head of the Republican Governor's Association as a Priority with his very frequent out of state fund raising for that party. Should Christie's overly serious attention to the RGA duties now merit Impeachment because of dereliction of duties as Governor of the State of New Jersey, a state which now has had it's credit rating down graded 6 times, tying the record.
