Parkway 88 North Entrance Ramp Detour Mess

The closure of the old entrance ramp from highway 70 onto Parkway Northbound 88 is a disaster. The detour adds a good 5 minutes to any commuters trip to work. Please tell me that this is temporary and it will be rectified as soon as possible so I do not have to drive through the industrial park and enter the Parkway North as Exit 89.
