NJ's Attorney General is appointed by the governor & serves at his pleasure. NJ is only one of 4 states in the nation where a governor can do this. Hunterdon County's Prosecutor was strangely fired & removed by Christie's appointed Atty. General just when that prosecutor was about to Indict the Sheriff of Hunterdon, A friend of Guadagno's, Christie's Lt. Governor. That prosecutor is now suing the state of NJ. Christie has sent $25 Million dollars of the NJ pension fund to a Boston investment firm AFTER that firm gave NJ's Republican Party a $10,000 donation. That transaction appears to be a violation of pay to play laws but does New Jersey have an Attorney General who is selected by the governor, who serves at the governor's pleasure, that will investigate that pension fund transaction by Christie??? TIME FOR AN ELECTED NJ ATTORNEY GENERAL !
