3 Arrested, Cocaine and Cash Seized After Regional Police Probe

State, county and local law enforcement work together to nab suspected drug dealers in Jackson

Three Ocean County residents were arrested Tuesday and charged with drug offenses after a month-long investigation conducted by local, county and state law enforcement.

Calvin Presley, aka "I-Rule," 41, of Jackson, Shilyre Collins, 37, of Jackson, and Darlene Ott, 43, of Bayville were arrested in the early morning Tuesday after police executed search warrants on numerous locations in Lakewood, Jackson and Howell. Authorities confiscated crack and powder cocaine, $1,800 in cash and drug paraphernalia, Ocean County Prosecutor Marlene Lynch Ford said in a release.

Police claim Presley and Collins were distributing drugs throughout the region while utilizing a home in Jackson, two houses in Lakewood and Extra Space Storage in Howell, all of which were searched Tuesday. Police also searched a 1998 Acura, which they say was occupied at the time by Presley and Collins.
