A Lacey woman survived a crash involving a dump truck on the Garden State Parkway early Tuesday, police said.
Catherine Brown, 54, of Lacey, sustained a head injury and was hospitalized in the crash, police said. One lane was blocked on Garden State Parkway nortbound as authorities tended to the accident, according to the New Jersey Turnpike Authority
At 9:33 a.m., the accident took place north of Exit 81, and Route 549/Lakehurst Road in Toms River. The right lane was blocked, the authority said.
